Rachel has been practicing since 2006 and has been an attorney with Karla C. Miller & Associates, PLLC (formerly known as Miller Upshaw Family Law, PLLC) since 2008, focusing primarily on divorce and family law.  She was named a Mid-South Rising Star with Super Lawyers in 2014 and 2015; Nation’s Top One Percent from the National Association of Distinguished Counsel in 2015; and 10 Best for Client Satisfaction in Tennessee from the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys in 2015 and 2016.  She is also a current member of the Belmont Inn of Court.  Rachel resides in Nashville with her husband and young daughter.
