Born and raised in Hagerstown, Ashley Wilburn’s general civil practice of law includes family law and appeals,adoption, guardianship, wills and trusts, probate and estate administration, and commercial, contract and civil litigation.She is a certified mediator. Following law school, Ashley served as a law clerk to the Connecticut Appellate Court and for the Hon. M. Kenneth Long of the Washington County Circuit Court. Ashley served as child welfare counsel for the Washington County Department of Social Services and on the Washington County Human Trafficking Task Force. She has been ranked for 2018 as one of the Top Ten Attorneys Under 40 in Maryland by the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys.
