Beata A. Bodyziak is the founder of Bodyziak Law LLC, a New Jersey law firm dedicated to providing personalized and effective legal representation in family law, real estate, landlord-tenant, business, estate planning, and related civil matters. She is committed to helping clients navigate complex legal issues with practical guidance, clear communication, and compassionate advocacy.

A graduate of Seton Hall University, where she earned dual bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice, Ms. Bodyziak received her Juris Doctor from Widener University Commonwealth Law School. Before opening her own practice, she gained valuable experience working under seasoned attorneys, developing the litigation and negotiation skills that now serve her clients throughout New Jersey.

Born in Poland and raised in New Jersey, Ms. Bodyziak is fluent in Polish, allowing her to effectively serve both English and Polish speaking clients. She recently completed the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators' 40-hour Divorce Mediation Training Program and is pursuing appointment to the New Jersey court roster of approved divorce mediators. In recognition of her professional achievements, leadership, and commitment to excellence in family law, she was selected as one of the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys' Top 10 Family Law Attorneys Under 40.
