Eric Schlimgen, a Black Hills native has been practicing since 2016 with measurable success. He is a graduate of the University of South Dakota School of Law obtaining a joint degree M.P.A. as well. During law school Eric was a member of the Moot Court Board and competed in national contests. After law school Eric was the law clerk for the Fourth Judicial Circuit in South Dakota. Eric now owns his own practice and regularly handles a variety of family law cases. In 2019 Eric was recognize by his alma mater as a 30 under 30 inductee. Eric additionally won the South Dakota State Bar Association Young Lawyer of the Year in 2023.
