James Belford Damiano is an associate at Damiano Law Offices.  He received his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies and Psychology from Roger Williams University.  Since receiving his Juris Doctor degree, Mr. Damiano has worked at Damiano Law Offices where he is responsible for a substantial portion of the complex trial preparation as well as appellate matters of the Firm.  Mr. Damiano's experience in the practice of law is devoted almost exclusively to the areas of matrimonial practice including domestic violence actions at the trial court and appellate levels. Mr. Damiano is a member of the New Jersey Bar, as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.  In addition, Mr. Damiano is a Trustee of the Passaic County Bar Association.  Mr. Damiano also volunteers as an expert panelist in the Passaic County Superior Court Early Settlement Panel program.
